All items are auctioned “Where-is-as-is” with no warranties expressed or refunds given.  All equipment should be considered parts or in non working condition.

Pick up times: Surplus must be picked up within 2 days of auction end.  Please email Scottie Fillers at sfiller1@utk.edu to arrange pick up of surplus. Pick up time is between 8:00am till 5:00pm central time Monday thru Friday. Please bring a copy of your invoice.

Shipping: This item is not eligible for shipping and must be picked up at the Clyde York 4-H Center, 62 4-H Center Drive, Crossville, TN 38572. For driving directions and map please visit our website at www.clydeyork4hcenter.org.

Inspection: Inspection is available at the Clyde York 4-H Center from 8:00am till 5:00pm central time Monday thru Friday. If you have any questions please contact Scottie Fillers by email at sfiller1@utk.edu.

Payment: Items must be paid for within 2 business days of auction. Payment is required on day of pick up or before. Online payment with VISA or MasterCard is OK. Cashier check, certified check, money order, or cash can be accepted at time of pick up. All sales are final so please inquire before bidding.
